Ideas for Using Santa’s Magic Trick:

Among ways to use this Xmas Tool would be to first introduce it by using one or both of the two Santa poem’s that align with the trick. After this, do the trick for your group and then involve them by having copies ready from the participant handouts that are included and let them try it themselves.

You can also present Santa’s idea of using Square Wheels as an example of how he approached his workshop problems by engaging his elves and reindeer in an interactive discussion of issues and what could be done differently for workplace and performance improvement.
